We get it — sometimes things just don’t work out the way you pictured. No stress. Here’s how returns and refunds work at Simplidecor.
Return Window
You’ve got 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
We accept returns on items that are unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
How To Start a Return
Just send us an email at support@simplidecor.us with your order number and a quick note about what’s up.
We’ll guide you through the process — super easy, no complicated forms.
Once approved, you’ll get return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
You’ll get the money back to your original payment method, and we’ll send you an email once it’s done.
Non-Returnable Items
We can’t accept returns on:
· Items marked Final Sale
· Gift cards
· Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by shipping
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives broken, damaged, or just not what you ordered — please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Snap a few photos and send them our way. We’ll make it right, promise.
