Shipping Policy

Hey there — here’s the lowdown on how we ship your stuff so you know exactly what to expect.

Processing Time

Once you place your order, we usually need a little time to get things packed up and ready to go. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

We’ve got two ways to get your order home:

·       Standard Shipping — Free
Arrives in
3–7 business days after processing.

·       Expedited Shipping — $7.99
Arrives in
1–3 business days after processing.

All orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment centers, and we’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your package hits the road.

Shipping Area

Right now, we only ship within the United States. (Sorry, no international orders just yet — we’re working on it!)

Cut-off Time

Orders placed after 10:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Delays

Sometimes carriers run into weather or routing delays — totally out of our hands, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated if something takes longer than expected.

Tracking Info

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. If you don’t see it after a couple of days, check your spam folder or just shoot us a message.
